Mixed Bag- nuts included

Lobby guys are the best - helpful, smile. Food choices are reflective of diverse clientele- good on you. Price for what you get - and tolerate - visitors who don't check their cultural manners at customs. They bring their customs on holiday- slighly disrespectful

Its my 3rd visit so the little things are becoming bigger and more annoying. Accommodating but cold front desk. Paying to print out my bus tickets. Pillows that suck with no options or a range of choices. Small things that started to matter. You know. There are 3 other minor irritants but feel free to go and collect your own issues

Very Good

I specifically loved the breakfast, the variety. No other hotels have vegan friendly section or separate veg section, both were utterly delicious. Non veg food were exceptional. It was very clean and well kept.

1. The staff were friendly but a little non accommodative and little less considerate. We had to catch an early flight, last morning of our stay.. planned to check out at 6.15 tov6 30am to catch flight of 10am. Requested them to open the breakfast trays a little earlier than usual ( usual time is 6 30am.. we asked them for 6am ) but they refused. We didn't even want all the trays to be made available... just the bakery section. 2. Their non fluency in English made it specifically difficult to communicate with the hotel staff.

a little too inside, but there is 24hour buggy that brings you to a few locations outside.

Very Good

Wonderful hotel with great breakfast and very helpful staff, location is not too far from the bts station and buggies were provided 24 hrs a day.

We were in Bangkok during the rainy season so the location is not the most convenient since it's a distance away from the main shopping area and train station. Buggies were provided but we ended up taking grab most of the time.

Great stay

Extremely friendly staff, always happy to greet and help us. It's a short walk to popular malls and restaurants, so there is plenty to do around the area. Breakfast always had a vegetarian option and there was fresh drinking water in the lobby all day and night.

It's a small gripe, but worth mentioning if you like coffee or tea with your breakfast. We felt the coffee in the breakfast buffet was undrinkable. It tastes like cheap instant that's been over concentrated. So we decided to try the tea but it was pre-brewed and very weak. We ended up walking to a nearby Cafe each morning to get coffee then walking back to breakfast. Not a big deal, it's our only gripe.

For a short one night, I am fine with the location.

The breakfast spread was good and generous.

The walking distance to central world area. Would be good if hotel provides free shuttle service to and fro at specific times on a regular basis.

Wonderful Hotel

Staff, location, environment and breakfast. We love the bathroom area, so big.

Should place tissue box in the toilet area. There is vibration when we sleep on the family room top bunk bed.

Free popcorn upon arrival for kids and free drinks for all guests. The rooms were spacious and clean, Very modern. The swimming pool and bar area was very clean and new. The breakfast buffet was good there were a lot of choices to chose from. The staff were very friendly and helpful too.

Some of the food offered at the breakfast buffet was very cold. My partner was so excited to try some of the food there but was very disappointed when he sat down to take a mouthful because it was cold. They need more space and tables too. There were way too many guests to the tables that were available. Some guest were being asked to share tables etc. But all in all it was a great place to stay.

The 24 hour buggy service very good. They send us 7 person to massage place at night and fetch us back fr massage place. Breakfast a lot of variety and good taste. U can take a shower at public toilet if u take late flight after check out. My room design same as photo you see in booking.com.

For parents with children, you have paid 250bth per night for above 6 year old.this is hidden cost from vince hotel which that was not mentioned in booking.com. vince did not reply us even we sent an email, so poor service, wont come back again.

Loved the room, the ambience of the hotel, the pool and the breakfast. The was a staff that was particularly helpful, Nickky, she made the stay a truly wonderful experience!

The curtain was a little see through, I guess it’s like that with most hotels in Thailand, hence you know the sun is out.

Other than soft pillows, overall stay was pleasant. Hotel staffs were helpful and friendly.

Pillows are too soft. Neck ache

We had dinner at the Gow. Tom yam was flat, shrimps were soggy, not fresh, mushrooms had an unpleasant smell. Mushroom soup was too curdy and no taste. Mushroom pasta was also rather tasteless.

Room was great, comfortable and roomy enough for 2 adults...

Room was great, comfortable and roomy enough for 2 adults and 1 child. Shower space was a little small, so if you’re big sized, you may find it difficult to go in. Muslim breakfast choices was not fantastic but there is a halal restaurant just 2mins walk from the hotel. Staff were friendly and accommodating too!

Good hotel overall

Pool bar closed too early. Should serve drink till 12-1am. Food for breakfast repetitive. I stayed 4 days. Only soup is change but not big different. Front waiting area limited size and seating area small.

- Location was good, approximately 10 mins walk to Platinum...

- Location was good, approximately 10 mins walk to Platinum mall/Central World. - Good choice of breakfast spread

- Staff was not too friendly and did not greet with a smile. My previous stay before Vince was at a cheaper and more budget hotel but the staff there were comparatively friendlier. - Room was dusty. Desk was covered with dust and the chair in the room was stained. - Aircon of the room was positioned too close to the bed, easily to catch cold. Not sure if it can be repositioned.
